Luka Doncic named to All-NBA First Team for a second consecutive season

Luka Doncic earned All-NBA First Team honors for the second consecutive season the NBA announced Tuesday night. He’s joined by league MVP Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetekounmpo, Stephen Curry and Kawhi Leonard.

Doncic is the youngest player in league history to notch multiple All-NBA First team selections joining Kevin Durant, Rick Barry and Max Zaslofsky as the only players to earn multiple first-team honors before turning 23.

The Mavericks superstar also joins a pantheon of iconic players like George Gervin, David Thompson, Larry Bird, David Robinson, Penny Hardaway and Tim Duncan as one of seven players since the NBA/ABA merger to earn All-NBA First Team two or more times in their first three seasons.
