The Dallas Mavericks wrapped up a three-game road trip against the New Orleans Pelicans on Dec. 3. They defeated the Suns and Lakers on their home floors to push their streak to seven wins in the last eight. Wrapping up the road sweep was important as the Mavs are back home against the Timberwolves on Wednesday evening.
The Mavericks did not disappoint on Tuesday. They took the lead in the second quarter and continued to expand it in route to a 118-97 victory in New Orleans. Luka Doncic led the way with 33 points, 18 rebounds, five assists, and five 3-pointers made.
