LeBron James and Kyle Kuzma combined for 61 points to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a 129-114 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night before a sellout crowd of 20,542 at American Airlines Center.

It was the fifth loss in the last seven as for the Mavs, who slipped to 23-15. Meanwhile, the Lakers extended their record to 31-7, which is the best worksheet in the Western Conference.

James finished with 35 points, 16 rebounds and seven assists, and Kuzma added 26 points and six boards as the Lakers ran their NBA-best record on the road to 16-3.
