Kristaps Porzingis donated an astounding $104K last year to fight childhood hunger. Now he’s ready to do it again.

The Dallas Mavericks and Kristaps Porzingis, in partnership with Whataburger, have announced the continuation of #KrisStops, a community initiative that launched last season to fight childhood hunger. With every block this season, Porzingis will personally donate $500 to the Mavs Foundation, which will then be distributed to local organizations to aid in the fight against childhood hunger in North Texas. As part of its Feeding Student Success program, Whataburger will donate an additional $100 for every block made by the Mavs player, totaling to $600 per block.

In the campaign’s inaugural season, including playoff games, a total of $104,000 was raised.
