Wesley Matthews hit 7 of 14 3-pointers against Houston on Wednesday and he now has 118 triples on the season in 303 attempts (38.9 percent).
He's the only player in the NBA with at least 125 3-pointers in each of the last seven seasons and he'll make it eight in a row with seven more.
He's pushed his scoring average up to 12.9 per game, largely because since Jan. 1, he's averaged 17.3 points in 10 games and shot 44.6 percent from beyond the arc.
He's coming off a season-best-tying 29 points against the Rockets. And of course his defense has not slipped during that time.
