EuroBasket set to start; here’s the Mavericks’ connections and what to look for

Mavericks’ point guard Luka Donu010diu0107 will begin EuroBasket play on Thursday at 10:15 a.m., Dallas time, as the Slovenia national team takes on Lithuania on the first day of competition.

The Slovenians are the reigning EuroBasket champions, having won this event in 2017. The EuroBasket tournament has been on hiatus since then, primarily because of COVID-19 complications.
