Dirk is just the very, very best. The way he immediately peels off when he hears him speaking German and has an actual conversation with him is just fantastic.
Dustin's a pretty cool kid, too. He's part of the TIRR Hotwheels, who won the National Wheelchair Basketball Association's junior championship in Kentucky this April. That's his team in the Toyota Center tunnels there before the Mavericks played Houston in the first round series, but even the playoffs couldn't stop Dirk from making a friend.
What a great moment between these two national champions.
