Devin Booker scored 20 points in the third quarter to lead Suns to 133-104 win over Mavs

The Phoenix Suns outscored the Dallas Mavericks 48-22 in the third quarter and went on to post a 133-104 victory on Tuesday night at American Airlines Center.

The loss dropped the Mavs to 29-18 and into sixth place in the Western Conference — half-a-game behind the Houston Rockets. The Mavs play in Houston (29-17) on Friday.

Phoenix only held a 60-55 lead at halftime. But it all went wrong for the Mavs in the third quarter, as the 48 points the Suns scored in that quarter are the most Dallas has allowed in any quarter this season, eclipsing the 47 they relinguished in the fourth quarter at Toronto on Dec.
