Dallas Mavericks fans and media have described rookie guard Dennis Smith Jr. as explosive all season.
They’ll get to see a lot more of him when Smith participates in the 2018 Verizon Slam Dunk on Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Staples Center as part of NBA All-Star Weekend.
The event will be shown live on TNT.
Joining Smith, who has 26 dunks this season, in the contest will be Victor Oladipo of Indiana, Aaron Gordon of Orlando, Larry Nance of the Los Angeles Lakers.
