Dallas Mavericks: Three reasons the Mavs lost to the Jazz

Despite a pretty solid game from the Dallas Mavericks tonight, it wasn’t enough to take down the Utah Jazz, a likely top-tier playoff team this season. Dallas eventually fell in a final score of 113-104.

Dennis Smith Jr. finally had his first big game of the season, scoring 27 points on 12-19 shooting from the field. He also shot 3-4 from three-point and blocked two shots. His rebounding and assist numbers could use some help, but we are just glad to see him getting back to his potential.

DeAndre Jordan may have been the real star of the show as he was only one assist away from a triple-double.
