Dallas Mavericks: Luka Doncic takes in a Texas Legends game

The Dallas Mavericks had off on Martin Luther King Day. They were one of only two NBA teams that did not play on the holiday. The other was the LA Clippers which come to Dallas for a nationally televised showdown on Tuesday. That is the only game on the schedule.

The Mavs were off, but the Texas Legends had a game. The Legends are G-League affiliate for the Mavericks. They were giving away Dwight Powell bobbleheads to the first 500 fans in attendance for Monday’s game.

Powell played eight games for the Legends back in 2015 after he was traded over from the Boston Celtics.
