Dallas Mavericks GOAT Dirk Nowitzki continues to be honored. He came to the game in Los Angeles on Dec. 1, and the Lakers played a tribute video to him. Since his retirement, the outpouring has been massive and deservedly so.
Dirk received a massive honor in his native Germany on Dec. 4. He was given the Order of Merit by German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Nowitzki was one of 23 people honored for their community service work.
Mavericks fans know and love Dirk for his basketball talents, but his charity work is equally impressive.
