It is always fun to unpack a new team once they get into games that really matter. The Dallas Mavericks have had a chance to play four games against a variety of different teams to start the season and the results have not been perfect, but they have been really promising.
With an opening night victory over the Washington Wizards, the Mavs were able to establish themselves right away as a team that can win games. That was something they were unable to do the last few years and the shift in the team’s willingness to put it all out there is evident.
