FRISCO – The Texas Legends showed how valuable coach Bob MacKinnon is to their organization on Wednesday by agreeing to sign him to a three-year contract.
The third year of the contract is a team option.
In his first year with the National Basketball Association Development League’s Legends this past season, MacKinnon posted a 25-25 record. It’s the best won-loss record the Legends have enjoyed in franchise history, and MacKinnon hopes to improve on that mark next season.
"It’s great to be wanted back by an organization that I think is the best in the league," MacKinnon said.
