Our hope is that the offseason is far away for the Dallas Cowboys, but the reality is that it is about to begin for 18 different franchises. Sunday evening will mark the end of the road for over half of the clubs in the NFL, and next Monday morning will be filled with goal-setting for 2024 and beyond. There will be coaches and staffers dismissed and soon enough new faces and bodies to fill the voids left behind.
Aside from coaching posts, there will also be general manager roles vacant across the league and ready for new people to take them over.
