Why Cowboys owner Jerry Jones no longer has issues with Falcons owner Arthur Blank

A year after the two refused to speak to each other before a game between their respective teams at Mercedes Benz Stadium because of their battle over NFL commissioner Roger Goodell’s contract extension, all is now well between Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank.

Jones made a point seek out Blank before the game, even cutting an interview short when his son Jerry Jr. came over to tell him the Falcons owner was on the field.

Jones was fined $2 million by the NFL for threatening to sue the league over Goodell as well as his opposition of a six-game suspension for running back Ezekiel Elliott.
