Cole Beasley was targeted a team-high eight times against the Washington Redskins on Oct. 21. He led the Dallas Cowboys’ with seven receptions and was Dak Prescott’s top target.
A few days after that game, however, Dallas traded for Amari Cooper and things have changed. Cooper quickly became Prescott’s top target, getting 18 of 63 of Prescott’s pass attempts in the past two games.
Beasley has seven catches on nine targets in the two games since Cooper arrived, but he expects the offense to continue to expand as Cooper becomes fully meshed in the scheme.
