Trysten Hill’s start on PUP will put his chances of making the roster in jeopardy

It’s been a rough start to the young career of Trysten Hill. After underwhelming massively in his rookie season, and then missing 11 games in 2020 with a torn ACL, Hill has yet to live up to expectations that were placed on him after being selected in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. In twelve games (five starts) in his first two seasons, Hill has yet to record a sack, but does have two TFL, and five quarterback hits. With him sidelined for the foreseeable future, some of the younger and/or newer defensive linemen will get an opportunity to step into the void that Hill will leave.
