It wasn't easy, but the Dallas Cowboys took down Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs by a final score of 31-28 in a thrilling game on Thanksgiving.
Dallas was in complete control after going up 31-21 with under five minutes left in regulation, but Mahomes went full Mahomes and made Dak Prescott put the game on ice. With potentially the Cowboys' season on the line, Prescott came through, finding George Pickens on 3rd-and-2 right before the two-minute warning to pick up a first down with Kansas City already out of timeouts. A couple of Prescott kneel-downs later, and the game was over.
