The Dallas Cowboys hired Matt Eberflus as their defensive coordinator in the 2025 offseason and to say that it's not going well in the Cowboys' first three games of the season would be an understatement. While Eberflus' unit looked decent in the season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles, it's been tough sledding the past two weeks.
In Week 2 against the Giants, the Cowboys defense was basically invisible, allowing a bad Giants team to tally over 500 yards of total offense. It's not going much better for Eberflus' crew in Week 3, as the Chicago Bears had no problem taking a double-digit lead on Dallas while ripping off chunk play after chunk play.
