Two years ago, the Dallas Cowboys used a fourth-round pick to draft the quarterback who was named Senior Bowl MVP. And Dak Prescott has worked out well for them.
Now, the Cowboys have interest in this year's Senior Bowl MVP.
The Cowboys are one of the teams who put Richmond quarterback Kyle Lauletta through a private workout, according to a source.
Lauletta impressed scouts during a week of Senior Bowl practices in late January in Mobile, Ala., and was named the game's MVP after he threw three second-half touchdowns. Lauletta was 8-for-12 passing for 198 yards, leading the South to a 45-16 victory.
