It hasn’t been all good for Cowboys second-round rookie Trevon Diggs in year one, but there has been plenty of positives for the corner out of Alabama in his short time in Dallas. Diggs currently leads the team in passes defended, and has shown glimpses of the elite ball skills, coverage skills, and physicality that so many talked about pre-draft during his time at Alabama. While Diggs has had his success, he’s also been tested often, and given up his fair share of big plays, which is expected from a young cornerback still learning the ropes of the National Football League.
