While their personnel department and scouts are planted in Mobile, AL for the 2020 Reese’s Senior Bowl, the Dallas Cowboys are continuing to work on their coaching staff. Mike McCarthy has done a great job with his reported hirings as he’s brought in the likes of Mike Nolan (defensive coordinator), John Fassel (special teams coordinator), Joe Philbin (offensive line, run game coordinator, and assistant head coach), Jim Tomsula (defensive line), Skip Peete (running backs), Adam Henry (wide receivers), Lunda Wells (tight ends), and Maurice Linguist (defensive line). He retained Kellen Moore (offensive coordinator) and Doug Nussmeier (quarterbacks) so most of the seats are filled.
