Talents such as Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant can help swing a team's number of wins and losses in a major way, as was evidenced during a trying 2015 season.
Dallas stumbled to a 4-12 record as Romo and Bryant, among others, were limited by injuries. If key players stay healthy, many expect the Cowboys to win the NFC East this upcoming season.
