NFL drops punishment on Chargers LB over vicious hit that injured Ryan Flournoy

The Dallas Cowboys dropped to 6-8-1 on the season with their loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. It had the makings of a nail-biter in the first half, but the Cowboys' offense was shut out in the second half en route to a 34-17 defeat at AT&T Stadium.

While the defense never showed up, Dallas showed some fight when Chargers linebacker Denzel Perryman flew in for a late hit Ryan Flournoy, who was injured on the play and subsequently ruled out with a knee injury.

Flournoy was brought to the ground by the pass as he had to torque his body to reel it in.
