As the Dallas Cowboys continue their offseason preparations, there are still a lot of questions that surround this defense. We aren’t sure at this point what we are going to get out of this group and even how this defense is going to look when they take the field. All of those questions led to a fun exercise: what would this defense look like if we were able to bring back one great Cowboys defender from the past and insert them into this defense? And who would that defender be?
Would you want to put a dominant defender in the middle of the defensive line, maybe an edge rusher to get more pressure on quarterbacks, or someone in the secondary to help these younger players on the back end?
