Meet rookie Dak Prescott, the Cowboys' new starting quarterback

FRISCO, Texas -- When the Dallas Cowboys drafted Dak Prescott with the 135th pick in May's NFL draft, they had no intention of playing him this year.

Injuries to backup Kellen Moore (broken leg) in training camp and Tony Romo (fractured back) in Thursday's preseason loss to Seattle have changed all of that.

Prescott is expected to start for the Cowboys when their season begins Sept. 11 against the New York Giants.
