It's safe to say that Dallas Cowboys fans have seen enough on the defensive side of the ball. Matt Eberflus' schemes just aren't cutting it, and it's beginning to be unfair for Dak Prescott and the offense to will this team to victory every week.
After former Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle torched his old team for 239 yards from scrimmage, the calls to ship Eberflus out of Dallas only got louder. This could all end if Jerry Jones acts, but Jones' history suggests fans might have to get comfortable with Eberflus for the whole season.
Midseason firings are rare in Dallas, and unless things completely unravel and Eberflus loses the locker room, Jones will likely give Eberflus the full year to figure it out.
