Jerry Jones: Ezekiel Elliott was not alone, several Cowboys didn't show great effort on interception return

Jason Garrett made it clear Monday afternoon that he wasn't pleased with Ezekiel Elliott's effort after Denver cornerback Chris Harris intercepted Dak Prescott midway through the third quarter of Sunday's 42-17 loss to the Broncos.

Garrett even took it a step further, pointing out that he also didn't approve of Elliott's effort on Prescott's second interception late in the game, which was returned 103 yards for a touchdown by cornerback Aqib Talib.

But Jerry Jones saw things a little differently.

During his weekly radio appearance Tuesday morning, the Cowboys owner and general manager shifted the blame away from just Elliott.
