A large portion of Dallas Cowboys fans are as dejected, down, numb, hopeless, whatever you want to call it, as they have ever been throughout The Drought™ufe0f. Obviously there are some painful losses that we have all had to sit through, but the devastation from Sunday’s failure against the Green Bay Packers feels significant. We do not have to re-litigate why (how well the team played, home-field advantage, so on and so forth) because we all know it. And we are all here. Sitting. Waiting. Not feeling anything.
Fallouts like these typically offer a sacrifice of sorts, a fall guy if you will.
