For the past few seasons, the NFL has sought to bring a little bit of extra color to “Thursday Night Football.”
Literally.
The “Color Rush” uniforms, which were created by the NFL as part of a partnership with Nike, were worn by all 32 teams, starting in 2016.
But 2018 marked the first year that the league didn’t require teams to wear those uniforms for Thursday night games.
However, on Wednesday, Fivepointsblue.com revealed that the Sains and Cowboys will be wearing their color rush uniforms when they play on Thursday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
