Head coach Jason Garrett said he expects the veteran defensive end to be at Sunday’s afternoon practice after missing the first three practices over contract matters.
Mincey arrived in Oxnard on Saturday night to speak with team officials, though Garrett declined to discuss whether the resolution includes an adjustment to Mincey’s deal.
“It’s good to have him here – it was a good conversation,” Garrett said. “We’ll see how he’s doing. He has to pass a physical and we’ll ease him into practice.”
Mincey did not fly with the team to Oxnard as expected last Tuesday and was subsequently placed on the Reserve/Did Not Report list.
