The Dallas Cowboys will host the San Francisco 49ers in Arlington for only the second time ever. The Niners first trip to AT&T was back in 2014 where Colin Kaepernick led his team to a 28-17 win in the season opener. While the Cowboys started that year 0-1, they proceeded to win their next six games on route to a 12-4 season that eventually ended with the Dez Bryant “no catch” game.
Strangely enough, that 49ers victory that season is the only time San Francisco has beaten the Cowboys over the last 17 years.
