The Second Circuit has scheduled oral argument regarding Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott’s emergency injunction motion for Thursday at 2 pm.

Considering that this is later in the week, Albert Breer mentions that it’s possible that no decision will be made regarding Elliott’s injunction before Sunday, which would allow him to play against the Falcons.
Over the weekend, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that the attorneys for Elliott have attempted to settle his case with the NFL and ultimately reduce his suspension from six games.
