IRVING, Texas -- Muhammad Ali's last fight -- a 1981 loss to Trevor Berbick -- occurred seven years before Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was born.
But he still shared a kinship with Ali, the former heavyweight champion of the world, who died last Friday. Ali's funeral is Friday morning in Louisville.
For Bryant, YouTube brought Ali to life.
“I look at them all the time,” said Bryant, when asked if he ever watched videos of Ali fighting. “People look at as entertaining, but he was extremely serious and that’s what I love about him.
