That trend continues as the Dallas Cowboys waive one tight end only to replace him in the same day. Backup tight end Connor Hamlett, who went undrafted out of Oregon St. went down during the Cowboys 13-10 loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday.
TE MJ McFarland is out at walkthrough this morning. He's replacing Connor Hamlett, who was injured on Saturday night.

Unfortunately for Hamlett, it wasn’t a mere bump and bruise situation. The young TE suffered a fractured tibia which has him benched for the entire season.
