Dallas Cowboys tight ends not good enough for NFC East gold

Last year at this time, the Dallas Cowboys‘ tight end group was in disarray.

One of the best to ever play the position was gone. First ballot Hall of Famer Jason Witten announced his retirement to try his hand at announcing the game. Heading into the 2018 season every tight end competing for a roster spot had a cumulative nine career receptions.

By the end of the season, Blake Jarwin ended up leading the group with 27 receptions, 307 yards and 3 touchdowns. The rest of the group totaled 41 catches, 403 yards and 1 touchdown.
