As you probably are already aware, there has been a lot of shuffling as it pertains to the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff.
With a few positions still left to fill, it appears that Dallas just made it’s best offseason hire yesterday. The Cowboys officially have chosen Kris Richard as their new defensive backs coach and passing game coordinator.
The hire is a clutch move for several reasons.
First and foremost is Richard’s pedigree. He’s only been with one NFL team but that one team has been dominate defensively.
From 2010-2017, Richard was with the Seattle Seahawks.
