It wasn't all that surprising that the Dallas Cowboys chose not to activate Trevon Diggs from injured reserve for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
While Diggs has been adamant that he's healthy enough to play and wants to return to the field, Brian Schottenheimer sounded alarms on Thursday when he said that Diggs has to be more "consistent" both in practice and meetings.
The Sunday Night Football broadcast showed Diggs on the sideline in the third quarter, and Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth got to talking about his absence. Collinsworth kept his analysis short and sweet, and it was spot-on.
