Perhaps the biggest surprise of the Dallas Cowboys' season transpired on Saturday when the team activated Trevon Diggs from injured reserve. Diggs would have reverted to season-ending IR if he hadn't been activated by Saturday.
Not only was Diggs active for Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, but he started and played a lot of snaps. Many Cowboys fans believed that Diggs, who was on IR because of a knee injury and a concussion suffered in an accident at his house, had played his last game for the franchise.
In keeping with the theme of surprises, Diggs peeled back the curtain to NFL Network's Jane Slater on what caused his concussion.
