Cowboys QB Tony Romo intends to practice more in this camp: "We think we have a pretty good bead on how to handle it.''

Tony Romo never practiced more than two consecutive days during last year’s training camp.

That won’t be an issue this time around.

Cowboys officials and Romo say there is a plan in place for how much the quarterback will practice in this camp, but none of them is willing to lay it out for public consumption. As Romo said, “it’s fluid.’’

But Romo is confident he will practice more than last season and conceded that working at least three consecutive practices is in the plan.

“In general, I think you want to ensure you are always feeling good,’’ Romo said.
