Zack Martin had an MRI on his back yesterday. He has irritation to a disc. The plan is to give him time off. Sounds like he won’t be practicing much, if at all, over the next week

The good news is that the injury doesn’t seem to be serious at the moment and the Cowboys are going to keep him from strenuous activities as long as possible.
