A little before noon on Saturday, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs sent out a cryptic tweet on his X account that simply read, "Thank You God!"
Naturally, that led to all sorts of speculation about his status on the PUP list, a status that was getting more important by the second with 53-man rosters required to be finalized by Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. Eastern. Those still on the PUP list at that time, of course, would be forced to miss at least the first four games of the regular season.
But Diggs will not be part of that group, as Cowboys fans finally got the good news they've been waiting for on Sunday, with the team's website confirming that the two-time Pro Bowler "has passed his physical and has moved off the physically unable to perform list and onto the team's active roster.
