Cowboys LT Tyron Smith says he expects to play Sunday vs. Eagles after missing last two games with a stinger

FORT WORTH -- Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith said Monday he expects to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Smith has missed the last two games because of a stinger he suffered late in the Nov. 18 win at Atlanta. Smith said he had hoped to return to the field for Thursday's win over the Saints, but he tested his neck leading up to the game and said doctors told him he couldn't play yet.

"I feel great," said Smith, who along with several teammates visited with kids at Cook Children's hospital Monday morning. "For me, it was more frustrating more than anything.
