The Dallas Cowboys continued their search for new staff members on Friday by interviewing Sanjay Lal to coach receivers, according to a source.
Lal was the receivers coach with the Indianapolis Colts last season. The Cowboys have an opening because Derek Dooley's contract was not renewed and he has since become the offensive coordinator at the University of Missouri.
Former Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin has also interviewed for the position. He has been on the staff the past two years, but has never been a position coach.
Lal has 11 years of NFL experience, including stints with the Buffalo Bills, New York Jets and Oakland Raiders before the Colts.
