For years the front office of the Dallas Cowboys has been faced with difficult decisions regarding managing the roster. Determining who to keep and who to let walk in free agency hasn’t always been easy. The front office does the best they can being responsible with the salary cap so they can compete year in and year out. And sure enough, that’s exactly what they do. They are a team that consistently wins and continues to put together one of the stronger rosters in the NFL.
