Dallas Cowboys fans finally got to see Jaydon Blue in action on Friday after he missed the first two weeks of preseason with a heel/ankle injury to his right foot.
Unfortunately, Blue picked up another injury to the same ankle when he got rolled up on. He walked off on his own power, but did not return. Brian Schottenheimer said after the game that he didn't think Blue suffered a major injury and that was confirmed by the MRI, which revealed a low-ankle sprain, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.
Fowler added that Blue is hopeful he can play in Week 1, but it is probably on the table that Dallas sits Blue to make sure he's healthy for the long run.
