The Cowboys are back and refreshed from their day off for a couple of more practices before they head back home on Friday.

There is good news on Frederick:
Travis Frederick says everything checked out with his doctor visit. Main response to his recent stingers is simply to rest. He’s not sure when he’ll be back to practice, but it’s not a larger issue #cowboyswire— David Helman (@HelmanDC) August 16, 2018
