While Malik Hooker has yet to officially practice for the Dallas Cowboys after signing with the team last week, we now have contract details on Hooker’s one-year deal with the team.
According to Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, Hooker’s deal with the Cowboys follows the low-risk, high-reward style of contract the Cowboys love to do when bringing in veteran players from other teams.
Contract terms for Cowboys S Malik Hooker: one-year, $920,000 deal with $490K fully guaranteed. Includes some injury protection for team. Hooker yet to practice for club, being eased into fold while coming off Achilles tear.
