BREAKING: Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott’s Suspension Reinstated

Judge Katherine Polk Failla dissolved the temporary restraining order and denied the NFLPA and Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott’s motion, which means his six-game suspension has been reinstated by the judge, according to Amy Dash.

The Court concluded that the NFLPA failed to demonstrate a substantial question warranting the extraordinary remedy of injunctive relief, per Kate Hairopoulos.

The NFLPA will now have 24 hours to appeal the ruling, according to Dash.

Elliott was accused of five incidents of domestic violence that took place over over the course of a six-day period in July 2016, which led to the NFL suspended him six games.
